Massage has brought so much joy into my life and I can be one of the few that can say "I love my job!" It's very humbling when you can help someone regain movement they haven't had in years or embrace their inner power, confidence, and tranquility to face the world. It says something when your clients get off the table stating they feel like a whole new being.
Refresh, Rebuild, Rejuvenate may be my moto, but its also how I see the world. I'd like to think I'm doing my part in helping this wonderful place one person at a time by, refreshing their mind, rebuilding their body, and rejuvenating their spirit.
Lomi Lomi
This beautiful Hawaiian Massage was brought over by Polynesians and is something to experience. Using Hawaiian oil, its more than just a massage its something to experience. With long rhythmic strokes from foot to shoulder to hand and back down, you'll feel like waves are dancing on you giving you a sense of peace and tranquility. The benefits are endless but you're sure to leave feeling in harmony with body, mind and spirit.

Thai Massage
Also known as " the lazy person's yoga" combines assisted yoga stretches and acupressure techniques. I will knead and press muscles along the body's energy lines with my hands and feet. Using the principles of acupressure that by stimulating the Sen it will balance the energy system in the body. The passive stretching done during the session will open up the body and help with flexibility and relieve tension within the joints and muscles. The client is fully clothed for this session and is done on the floor.

*Can be done on the table for modifications for someone who has a hard time getting up and down on the floor.
